Thank you for choosing Angel Limo of Newport Beach. By booking, accessing, or using any of our transportation services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, reliable, and enjoyable experience for every passenger. Please review them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking & Reservations

1.1 All reservations are subject to availability.

1.2 A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.

1.3 Accurate pickup details, times, passenger count, and destination(s) must be provided.

1.4 Reservation confirmation will be sent via email or text message.

1.5 Service may be refused if safety or policy guidelines are not followed.

2. Payments & Fees

2.1 Payment is due in full by the day of service unless otherwise noted.

2.2 Additional charges may apply for:

•Overtime beyond scheduled hours

•Excessive cleaning (spills, stains, damage)

•Tolls, parking fees, or added stops

2.3 Chauffeur gratuity may be included or added at the client’s discretion.

2.4 Unpaid balances may result in suspension of services or collection action.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service.

3.2 Cancellations within 72 hours may incur partial or full charges.

3.3 No-shows or cancellations at the time of service are billed at 100%.

3.4 Peak dates, holidays, and special events may have stricter policies.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Clients must ensure all passengers behave respectfully and safely.

4.2 Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are prohibited.

4.3 Alcohol consumption is permitted only for passengers aged 21+.

4.4 Clients are responsible for any vehicle damages caused by their group.

4.5 Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is moving.

5. Safety & Conduct

5.1 Chauffeurs follow all California driving laws and may end the trip if safety is at risk.

5.2 Service may be terminated without refund for:

•Disorderly behavior

•Harassment or violence

•Illegal drug use

Actions endangering passengers or chauffeurs

5.3 We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

6. Delays & Liability

6.1 We are not liable for delays caused by:

•Weather

•Traffic

•Road closures

•Mechanical issues

•Circumstances beyond our control

6.2 If a vehicle becomes inoperable, a comparable substitute or partial refund may be provided.

6.3 We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages from delays.

7. Vehicle Substitution

7.1 A vehicle of equal or greater value may be substituted if the reserved vehicle is unavailable.

7.2 Pricing remains unchanged unless the client requests an upgrade.

8. Photos & Marketing

8.1 With your permission, non-identifying photos or videos taken of our vehicles may be used for marketing.

8.2 Clients may decline permission in writing at any time.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 Customer information is stored securely and used only for service-related communication.

9.2 We do not sell or share personal information unless required by law.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

10.2 Any disputes must be resolved in Orange County, California.

11. Acceptance of Terms
